During your appointment, your doctor will review your injury, assess your progress, and update your WorkCover certificate if needed. You may also discuss treatment options, your capacity for work, and any referrals to specialists or physiotherapists.

Bring your WorkCover claim number, any recent medical reports, and a list of medications or treatments you’re currently receiving. If this is your first visit, also bring your identification and employer details.

Yes. If your claim has been accepted by WorkCover, CTP, or a public liability insurer, the cost of your medical consultations and reports is usually covered. Our staff can help confirm coverage before your appointment.

• WorkCover: Covers workplace injuries or illnesses.

• CTP (Compulsory Third Party): Covers injuries from motor vehicle accidents.

• Public Liability: Covers injuries that happen in public or private places due to negligence.

• Reports are usually completed and sent to your insurer or case manager within 2–5 business days, depending on complexity. Our clinic prioritises timely communication and report completion.

Yes. Telehealth consultations are available for follow-up appointments, certificate renewals, and progress reviews when appropriate.

If your symptoms return or worsen, contact your doctor immediately. Your WorkCover claim can be reviewed, and your certificate may be updated to reflect your new work capacity.
